My whirlpool washing machine noising and vibrating too much while spinning and company’s technician’s behaviors also not good. He told that it will be like this only. He is very much rough in behavior.

After 20 years of Samsung washing machines, I ventured into another brand. And I am so disappointed with whirlpool within six months of purchase. First problem, this says 7 kg, but somehow washes only as many clothes at a time as my 6.2 did. Second, the wash categories for my earlier machines were much better. Third, the wash quality is not as good. But the worst is, the warranty doesn’t cover the entire machine, only the electronic parts. So the company can get away with completely low quality hardware! You can imagine how many things can go bust in your machine within your so called warranty period, that you’ll end up paying for!
