Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Update 13 feb- Got my replacement TV today, it has some panel problem, attached pic. Again I will have to spend time fixing this!! Not sure what they meant by 100% robotic assembly of LED panels that ensure absolute precision, uniform brightness. 😰Update 2nd feb- FebTV has bleeding backlight problem, Amazon took almost 10days to arrange technician that too after rescheduling 3 times. VU team has promised a replacement however they don’t have stock for now so I will have to wait. So they took my new TV and provided stand-by TV for use (I was impressed with VU team).°°Brought TV – Bleeding issues, picture quality and sound quality not that great.. asked for a replacement

Delivery was ok – 4/5Installation was worst – minus 5/5. Amazon’s customer service and technicians are pathetic. I called them 10 to 15 times and all the executive assured me it will install with 24 hrs. and in minutes I use to get a mail from amazon mentioning, “technician was not able to contact me, please reschedule or within 5 days installation will be cancelled”. Next day around 11 to 11:30 am amazon escalation team will call me and ask if it was installed, when I tell them no. They use to tell me, they will call the technician and get back to me in 10 mins. Which never happens. In the end I had to call Vu customer care and get them fixed. Even that took around 10 call before it was completed.Sound is clear and loud no issue there – 4/5Picture quality – 3/5 TV is very bright. I had to decrease the brightness after few minutes and it has bleeding backlight problem from all the sides. So question came to my mind was, what was 100% robotic assembly with absolute precision and uniform brightness brand was talking about?VU cinema Tv does not support dual band wifi, which is an issue. When I was screen casting photo, it stopped after few minutes. I had to recast it again. For some reason when I was screen casting a video, there was no sound from the video, but I was able to hear clearly on my cellphone.IMPORTANT – Amazon policy will not allow you to return the TV, it is only replacement you get. This I got to know from customer care, which I tried to return it after nobody came to install the TV after multiple calls to amazon. i also confirmed with Amazon, you cannot call Urban clap to install the TV. Warranty will be void, it could be either amazon or VU – Better call directly to VU customer care, if you are in Hyderabad here is the number – 7330811129I think it is better to buy home appliances from physical stores near you. These days you can find MI and VU brands in Bajaj, PI and Reliance stores. One mistake I learnt.9/5/20 – So after six month – though volume is loud, voice is not clear. Assistant on the remote stopped working and it is taking at least 5 sec to switch on the tv, after I press the “ON” button. Apps like netflix, prime are also taking significant amount of time to load, though i have high speed internet. I guess this is because of less ram on the TV.Also my nephew, broke the screen. I talked to Customer care and it cost 30K to replace it. I can buy the same TV by adding 5K more.
