Tv is really very good but issue with the seller. Product description says as complimentary offer, free bezel will given with 2021 model. No free Bezel provided by the seller. Bezel cost is around 9k change.

The TV is good with respect to colours, picture clarity, speed of the UI and software. The installation was decent (this has a new wall mount mechanism and the Samsung technician ended up drilling 16 holes in the wall instead of the 8 required as he miscalculated height as this was his first time with this bracket).One reason I have deducted stars is Cloudtail / Amazon put up a misleading product page when I bought the TV at 12:20AM on 12th June that there is a free bezel of the TV is bought between 12th and 21st June 2021. Upon calling up the customer support they denied anything was put up on the page. This was not expected from Amazon but it has nothing to do with the TV you can definitely go for it.

I ordered the product on 14th June 2021 and it got delivered on 15th June. It is mentioned in the product description that a free bezel will be part of the package. But I didn’t receive the bezel. Without bezel the tv does not look good. Picture quality is good. Tv speakers are average.Overall not worth the price. And don’t buy from this seller as the description does not match the product received.Cons:If you have a set up with settop box, tv and sound bar, there is a considerable lag in the sound even though I connected the sound bar through hdmi arc from tv. (settop box to tv hdmi 1 then tv to sound bar through hdmi arc).2) art mode is not free. Monthly charges is rs.299 if you want to use any art.
