After a long research I purchased this fridge with full of doubt..But I was wrong, really this product is amazing…It’s cool very fast compare to other fridge in this range..Easy to operate..Storage capacity is decent for two persons or for a small family(2 adult & 1 child). Though my fridge is 3 star,so it consumed electricity little bit high.You can go for 4/5 Star if you agree to pay 2000 bucks extra. Looks wise very Good.And also I have to mention about the delivery guys of Amazon..Packaging was great. Delivery is on time. Delivery guys are great they checked every thing before completing the delivery..Thanks Amazon family..

This fridge is good for cooling only but has a low quality body that got dents and bumps during a normal touch to move it or making some changes or cleaning its outer partAlso its fridger section always dropping copper fragments in ice chamber from the holes for copper insulation over fridger section i had washed with hot water but it won’t stopped during defrosting the ice process. Finally not recommended creates problems like this also its touch pad is not good you can say responsive too, because when i use eco mode and switched to power cool it starts both eco with power cool what tge hell is that combo. when you need power cool how there be an eco mode. Its malfunctioned also told to service center team but they are more worst than the fridge problems. They will cancel your complaint at their end without providing any satisfactory solution and without your knowledge. You may remain in waiting for the resolution but they had canceled such complaints on tgeir own. Samsung fridge service is worst i am facing it and saying after facung it.

Though have to wait due to lockdown, cancel the order and order it back. Merchandise is worth buying. 4 star for the merchandise (so far so gud) the only concern is the ordered purple and got navy blue. I guess wud have been better that team(Amazon) cud inform there customer abt changes.
