The product was delivered on time and well by Amazon. No issues. But trying to get the LG folk to install it is a nightmare. I have written and called and escalated on their site. No use. It’s still in the box. Been close to 10 days now.

Color looks so unreal. Moving objects looks blur. Even auto volum is not working. What is most frustrating if you change the picture more to other, like cinema, standar but automatically it comes to ViVid mode in 5 to 10 mins .
