LG 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV (55UM7290PTD)

Awesome till now. Just got it installed yesterday.Will write a detailed review after a month of usage.Edit 1: TV is working perfectly fine till now. The only problem I am facing is not being able to find the original magic remote for this TV anywhere. Tried LG stores, online site etc but no luck. If the remote was so hard to get , then LG should have included it with the TV. Really annoyed.

Bought on the launch day and it is just awesome. Superb picture quality. The details are just brilliant. I am lost for words regarding the quality of this product.Moving on to the installation, it is really easy and you can do it yourself unless it is a wall mount, which requires the installation team. The LG installation team was quick and responsive and came to install the product on the day of the delivery itself, but I had already installed it and they just checked it provided a demo, updated my warranty and cleared my doubts.Also, you don’t need a magic remote unless you want to use the voice control functionality and the AI gimmicks. If you want to use the mouse scrolling you can download the LG Smart ThinQ app on your phone and it’s all done.However there is one issue, as this is not an Android based TV, casting is not supported on some devices namely Moto phones, but it works with all Android One devices and YouTube cast works on all devices too. Also the app store is a bit poor as apps like JioTV, AirtelTV and Hooq are not available. Anyways hooq related issues can be resolved with a premium hotstar subscription and the quality of stream on hotstar is better than hooq itself. It is also important to note that the web browser is below average as it doesn’t support a lot of web technologies.To sum up this long review, if you want a TV in your house, this is the one to buy.

The product is good and display is excellent. I ordered this as my kids where fond of talking to Alexa but disappointed as Magic remote was not part of the package. Showrooms deliver with magic remote and on Amazon NO. LG says ,we should reach out to the seller but why in this world a buyer of a brand should reach out seller when it is the brand that promotes all fundas but never bothers once it is sold.. Warranty is also for one year 🙁 and if we take up with in 15 days extended warranty will be around 8k or it will be doubled..Life is Good but not always when customer expectations are not net.. Only LG guys life is good but our Life’s are Grave…
