EUREKA FORBES Quick Clean DX Dry Vacuum Cleaner with Reusable Dust Bag

First thing first, it’s a DRY use only vaccum cleaner and any attempt to use on liquids spills or wet areas might damage the motor/dust bag. This is a stylish vaccum cleaner for a small home, at budget friendly price and has adequate power to clean low to medium dust setting. It’s been 3 days now I’m using the product and first impression is good. I’ll give a review as honest as possible which may help many confused at buying this product due to negative reviews. Product design & colours used are nice. It’s very compact and can be stored under your furniture or adds look to a corner. In the box it has 1 x vaccum cleaner, 1 x Flexible hose, 2 x Extension pipes, 1 x Multi-purpose nozzle, 1 x floor cum carpet brush & Warranty card, user manual and Demo CD. The retail invoice from seller is the warranty card, so keep it safe during the 1 year warranty period. I saw many negative reviews that the Multi-purpose nozzle is missing from the product but in fact, it’s neatly hidden in a storage space at the backside of the machine, next to power chord. I loved this idea of storage. You wouldn’t need another place to store these accessories, it goes along with the machine. The power chord has auto-wind mechanism. Being new the coil-springs of winding mechanism is strong & fast. The product has in-built dust bag and no hassle of buying or changing paper dust bags. It also has a dust bag full indicator but from my personal experience, it’s advisable to always clear the bag of dust before/after every use. The suction power is a lot dependent on dust bag emptiness. Product performance is decent and suction power is as expected from a 1000w motor. As said earlier, keep your dust bag empty on every use and it gives good suction power. This is not a heavy duty machine and can be used only in small homes with low-medium dust setting. Mine is a 1200 sq ft 2 BHK apartment and takes only 15-20 mins to clean and I use it regularly thereby eradicating the need of a maid. The product noise levels are on a higher side and you might not hear your phone ringing in the same room. Also it generates lot of heat that I advise you to use it continuously only for a maximum of 45 mins to 1 hr. Though vaccum cleaning is considered better than regular mopping, I advise to have your floor’s cleaned with some disinfectant liquids twice-thrice a week, especially if you have small kids at home. Quite happy with the vacuum cleaner. We live in a very dusty area full of construction in Bombay & have 2 dogs. The vacuum has helped in sucking up fur from the floor & furniture, even the bedsheets. Each nozzle has a specific use & we are still finding ways to use it effectively. I would definitely recommend this product.
