Apple AirPods with Charging Case Bluetooth Headset with Mic

Prior receiving the product, I was of the opinion that second generation AirPods have charging indicator on the outside. This, however, is not completely true.For the one with wireless charing ( Rs. 18,990 ), the charging LED is indeed on the outside, whereas for the one without wireless charging ( 14,990 – this product ), the case is exactly the same as the first generation. The only difference being the AirPods themselves. Sometimes the right airpod stops working and when contacted to amazon about same, they advised to contact the manufacturer.My question is amazon will send me a defective product and i should contact the manufacturer ? does that seem legit ? And now i have to go to other city to contact the apple service center .We pay 17k for earphones on amazon so that we get opportunity to visit the manufacturer !
